INFORMATION FOR THE BUYER -BASIC PROCEDURES
- Buyer send LOI (Letter Of Intent).
- Buyer receive SCO (Soft Corporate Offer)
- Buyer accepts signs and sends back SCO.
- Buyer signs with company RIW-BENELUX ltd. NCNDA/ICC.
- Buyer send to the seller / in copy to RIW-BENELUX ltd. /ICPO incl. KYC and BCL bank to bank.
- Seller send FCO or directly the text of Draft contract to the buyer.
- Once the draft is accepted, the SPA will be signed.
