
NFORMATION FOR THE BUYER – BASIC CIF PROCEDURE

Buyer send LOI (Letter Of Intent).

Buyer receive SCO (Soft Corporate Offer)

Buyer accepts signs and sends back SCO.

Seller send FCO or directly the text of Draft contract to the buyer.

Buyer send to the seller ICPO incl. KYC and BCL or POF bank to bank.
6.Once the Draft is accepted, the SPA will be signed.
II.
- After the signing of the SPA,seller send PPOP bank to bank
- buyer
- issue 100% irrevocable, non transferable and non actieve
- DLC MT700.
- Sellers bank send POP BANK TO BANK INCL.2 %PB
- DLC will be active and payable 100% at Discharge Port
- against Quality and Quantity inspection,
- from any of these inspection companies as
- Bureau Veritas, SGS, Alex Stewart
- or any equivalent inspection company.
- First batch shipment (….. MT) will be prepared (……weeks),
- within ……. weeks the product will be delivered
- to buyer’s port.
Product arrives, get inspected, then payment by MT103 (24hrs).
Next monthly orders starts all over again.
Only the direct seller may be listed in the SPA—
no financiers and investors in between.
